This extension will allow you to send and receive text messages from Zoho CRM using RingCentral phone number. This extension will also help you set up various SMS drip campaigns in an easy way. To make sure you don't miss any notifications, we added a Cliq bot for you which will notify you for every incoming SMS with a link to that particular record.
Key Features:
- Easily send and receive text messages in Zoho CRM from the Leads, Contacts, and Deals modules using a chat interface. Send text messages by typing custom content or using a template.
- Easy-to-use interface (for non-developers) to create text message drip campaigns in Zoho CRM through the Leads, Contacts, and Deals modules (i.e., send messages when a lead is created, a deal is closed, etc.).
- The extension uses a single text message number. A smart notification system will send a Zoho Cliq notification to the user that sent the last text message or to the record owner.
- Ability to send mass text messages in Zoho CRM to accounts through Leads, Contacts, and Deals using filters or views.
