How the RingCentral integration works:
An account admin connects Sempera with one click using secure RingCentral sign-in (OAuth). Sempera then reads your account details and call log so it can see missed and inbound calls, reads and sends SMS from your business number for confirmations and callbacks, and updates call-handling settings on the extensions you choose so calls reach your Sempera agent. You can disconnect at any time from Sempera or from RingCentral.
Every call is logged with a transcript and summary in your Sempera dashboard, and you control what your agent can say and do.
