Onboarding Made Simple

With User HQ, you can easily create users within all of your SaaS applications at once, without having to navigate to all the different admin centers. This empowers the administrator to save time as well reduce the risk of errors. Within your RingCentral with Verizon environment, you can create a user not only with basic details (first name, last name, email, title, department) but more complex actions such as adding them to call queues and giving specific roles.

Always Keep Your User Data Up to Date

We know that employee details are always changing. Whether a user is promoted and receives a new title, transfers to another department within the company, or even has a life event and changes their last name - that information needs to be reflected into your environment. We help keep your data up to date by syncing employee attributes every night from your source of truth (typically an HR system) into your RingCentral with Verizon environment. This ensures accuracy across all of your applications.

Keep Security Tight with Offboarding

When an employee is terminated from a company, you want to be able to know every application they had access to, as well as remove that access immediately. From our offboarding portal, you can do just that. Just search for a user by email, see where they exist in each app, and choose whether you want to disable their account or delete it completely. Once you submit the offboarding request, you will be emailed the results for your record.

Unified Viewing of Users

Our platform brings all of your user accounts into one place. This allows you to view your user lists and query each with their own filters. For example, you can add filters to your RingCentral with Verizon environment to view only users that exist in a specific role and belong to a specific call queue. This gives you granular control on how you view your user list.
