Crelate for RingCentral

With Crelate and RingCentral with Verizon you can:
- Schedule and make calls: with the click of a button in the right sidebar of your Crelate account.
- Send text messages: from the RingCentral with Verizon or Crelate applications, and store text conversations in your Crelate account.
- Receive calls: incoming from clients and candidates; or forward calls to receive them through a different number.
- Track and record calls: to reference call logs for collaboration with colleagues or future reporting.

To configure this integration, you must be the administrator of an active Crelate customer account
