Integrating RingCentral with Verizon with ConvergeHub

ConvergeHub, an advanced customer relationship management platform has integrated with RingCentral with Verizon, a leading provider of cloud business communication and collaboration solutions. ConvergeHub users now can use RingCentral with Verizon's powerful customer call management features from within their CRM accounts to better communicate with customers and increase the engagement rate.

In what follows below is the process of setting up RingCentral with Verizon integration within ConvergeHub, explained in a stepwise format.

  1. To go to ConvergeHub App Store, click on “Admin Settings”.
  2. Click on “App Store” option under “App Setup” section in the left panel.
  3. This is the App Store page. “RingCentral” app which is purchased by the user is displayed. “Setup Required” is showing because no user is connected to RingCentral with Verizon.
  4. This is the settings page of “RingCentral”. Here all the users are listed and beside each user, there is a “Connect” button to connect the user account of “ConvergeHub” with “RingCentral with Verizon” account.
  5. Clicking on the “Connect” button, a popup of “RingCentral with Verizon Sign In” will open up. Here the agent will put username, extension (optional) and password of RingCentral with Verizon account and click on “Sign In”.
  6. This is the Access Request page of RingCentral with Verizon. By clicking on “Authorize”, this app will be connected to “RingCentral with Verizon” account.
  7. The app is now connected to “RingCentral with Verizon”. “Setup Required” message does not show anymore.
  8. Here, in the settings page of the app, Account Number and Phone of the connected user is showing. User can change Agent Phone by putting the number in the respective text field and saving it.
  9. Go to “Sales” module and click on “Leads”.
  10. This is the listing page of “Leads” module. Click on any lead to view the details.
  11. Click on the call icon beside the phone number to initiate the outbound call via “RingCentral with Verizon” account. It will dial both the Agent and Customer phone numbers and connect them together.
  12. The call is in progress and the timer is showing the duration of the conversation. There is “End Call” icon to disconnect the ongoing call.
  13. If the conversation is over or the agent clicks on “End Call” button, call will end immediately and the details of call status and duration will be logged in the “History” tab in the sub-panel.

Requirements

  1. RingCentral with Verizon for ConvergeHub is available for RingCentral with Verizon Premium and Enterprise customers.
  2. You must have a ConvergeHub Premium Edition.
  3. Requires Windows® XP or above or Mac OS® X 10.8 Mountain Lion or above.
  4. Supported browsers include: Chrome™30 (or later), Firefox® 25 (or later), Safari® 6.0.5 (or later), and Internet Explorer® 10 (or later).
