Audit Trail Notifications App

The Audit Trail Notifications App is a free tool that allows team members to be notified of account changes via SMS or in the RingCentral with Verizon app.

Supported notifications:

  1. User level account changes
  2. User level MFA changes
  3. Call forwarding changed (user or company)
  4. Company file sharing permission changes
  5. Guest access changes
  6. Company level MFA changes


Using the app

Upon authenticated registration the application user can choose to have the audit trail notification(s) sent as SMS messages to a designated mobile number and/or sent as a message to a group chat area within their Team Messenger platform.
