Crelate for Symphony

Recruiting and staffing professionals can use the Crelate recruiting platform together with Symphony as a unified solution to manage, schedule, and record phone communications. With Symphony actions available directly from the Crelate sidebar, recruiting teams can quickly communicate with candidates and job contacts without leaving your Crelate account. The Symphony widget in Crelate improves hiring efficiency because recruiters can take calls, make notes, send texts, and check conversation history in one application.


With Crelate and Symphony you can:

Schedule and make calls: with the click of a button in the right sidebar of your Crelate account.
Send text messages: from the Symphony or Crelate applications, and store text conversations in your Crelate account.
Receive calls: incoming from clients and candidates; or forward calls to receive them through a different number.
Track and record calls: to reference call logs for collaboration with colleagues or future reporting.

To configure this integration, you must be the administrator of an active Crelate customer account

Requirements

Browser Requirements:

Crelate is tested with the following web-browsers, and users should always use the latest version of each browser:

  • Google Chrome *

  • Mozilla Firefox *

  • Apple Safari

  • Microsoft Edge

  • are preferred browsers.

For the best experience on Crelate, we recommend Google’s Chrome browser, as it supports our Chrome Parser tool.

  • Web sockets
  • Note: 3rd party extensions that inject JavaScript or CSS into the Crelate application are not supported. While many work, users should do their own testing.

Hardware Requirements:

We rely on the latest browser requirements – (Example: https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/7100626?hl=en))

For best performance however, we recommend at least an 8th Generation Intel I5 or higher or equivalent processor, with at least 8GB of memory. The application scales to all browser resolutions above 1024x768. For best viewing, we recommend 1920x1080 or higher.

When authorized, this app will be granted the following permissions:
