3. Intel Skylake-class 6th Gen i3, i5, i7 processor or newer / AMD Excavator-class (2015) processor or newer
4. 8GB of RAM or more

Internet bandwidth requirements:

1. For 1-on-1 video meetings, 1mbps download and upload or more.
2. For 1 to many meetings, 1.5mbps download and upload or more.
3. For 1 to many meetings using virtual background feature, 2mbps download and upload or more.
4. For audio-only meetings (camera stream turned-off), 512kbps download and upload or more.

Before downloading the Rainbow Office app on your Mac computer, please first check which chip it has.

1. Open the Apple menu at the top left corner of your screen
2. Select About This Mac
3. Look for the section titled Processor or Chip
4. It will either say Intel or Apple M1
