The AT&T Office@Hand widget appears as a popup within the Zuper web app,and it allows you to:

  1. Use the dial pad from the widget to make and receive calls directly from your Zuper web account
  2. Access a 360-degree view of the caller. The platform identifies and redirects the service reps to the appropriate customer profile and provides access to job history and other relevant information
  3. Move the widget around the web app and keep working within Zuper without fear of call disconnection
