Flex Dental app integration for AT&T Office@Hand

Easily and seamlessly view information about your patients before you even pick up the phone. Flex will scan your practice management system and return information about your caller like when their next appointment is, how many times they've missed appointments if they have insurance and when that renews, and any balance on their account.

Flex will also keep track of which patients are calling, when they're calling, and how long those calls last. Happen to miss a call? No problem, we can automatically send them a text to let them know you'll be right back in touch with them.
