Enhanced contact matching filters out inactive contacts merged between AT&T Office@Hand and Dynamics, so you can log calls to the correct contact.


New fields will be populated on the activity including after logging a call including:

  • Call Status
  • Actual Start
  • Actual End
  • Call Duration
