Mili is an AI-powered meeting assistant and suite of AI agents purpose-built for financial advisors and wealth management teams.

Mili integrates with RingCentral to automatically capture and process phone communications for financial advisors. When a call is completed through RingCentral, Mili retrieves the call recording or transcription via the RingCentral API and runs it through its AI engine to generate clean, structured notes. These notes are automatically attached to the corresponding client record in Mili, along with the call direction, duration, and timestamp — no manual logging required.

From those notes, Mili's AI agents go a step further by extracting key topics discussed, identifying action items, and drafting follow-up materials such as emails and task reminders. The result is a complete, searchable record of every client phone interaction that lives alongside meeting notes, emails, and calendar activity in Mili's unified client timeline — giving advisors full context before every future conversation.
