Turnkey Installation

Get up and running with the RingCentral app in seconds. Simply navigate to the Kustomer App Directory within the Kustomer platform, select RingCentral from the list, and click install.

RingCentral ready states are synced to Kustomer statuses so it’s easy to identify whether a user is available to receive a call.

App Scope and Permissions

When authorized, this app will be granted the following permissions:

Read ContactsView personal address book contacts
Read PresenceView user presence status
ContactsView, create, update and delete personal address book contacts
Edit ExtensionsView and update extension information, including name, extension number, phone number, email, etc.
Ring OutPerform two-legged ring out phone calls
VoIP CallingRegister VoIP-enabled devices, and make and receive VoIP calls
Read Call RecordingDownload call recording content and media
Edit PresenceView and modify user presence status
