Installation

Connecting RingCentral to Make

To connect your RingCentral account to Make, follow this step-by-step guide.

  1. Open any RingCentral module in your scenario, then in the appeared pop-up window, near the connection click "Add" button, then in appeared pop-up window click "Continue" button.
  2. After you click the Continue button, Make will redirect you to the RingCentral website where you will be prompted to grant Make access to your account.
  3. Confirm the dialog by clicking the Authorize button.


App Scope and Permissions

When authorized, this app will be granted the following permissions:

Read MessagesView message store data, including SMS, fax, voicemail, etc.
Call ControlControl and manage phone calls in real-time
FaxesView, send and receive faxes
Read PresenceView user presence status
MeetingsCreate, view, update and delete meetings
Read Call RecordingDownload call recording content and media
GlipDeprecated: TeamMessaging permission should be used instead
Read ContactsView personal address book contacts
