HotLap TMS is a transportation management system built for drayage and container freight: load management, dispatch, container tracking, carrier and customer billing, and CRM in one platform.
The HotLap TMS integration for RingCentral connects your phone system directly to your freight operation:
- Live team presence: see who is available, ringing, or on a call before you transfer, right from the TMS. No more blind transfers while a customer waits on hold.
- Click-to-call: dial carriers, drivers, and customers from any load or contact. Calls are placed from your own extension via RingOut.
- Team chat: bring RingCentral team messaging into the TMS. Link conversations to specific loads, and share a load summary (status, container, route, appointments, deep link) into the right chat with one click - the way dispatch teams already talk about booking and covering loads.
- Setup takes minutes: each user clicks Connect RingCentral in HotLap settings and signs in with their own RingCentral account. No credentials or API keys are ever stored in HotLap, and administrators control the module per company.
