Requirements

  • BT Cloud Work for TieiT is available for BT Cloud Work Premium and Enterprise customers.
  • You must have a TieiT Enterprise Account or the BT Cloud Work module enabled.
  • Supported browsers include Chrome™30 (or later), Firefox® 25 (or later), Safari® 6.0.5 (or later), and Internet Explorer® 11 (or later).

App Scope and Permissions

When authorized, this app will be granted the following permissions:

FaxesView, send and receive faxes
Read PresenceView user presence status
MeetingsCreate, view, update and delete meetings
VoIP CallingRegister VoIP-enabled devices, and make and receive VoIP calls
Read Call RecordingDownload call recording content and media
GlipDeprecated: TeamMessaging permission should be used instead
Read AccountsView user account information, e.g. name, business name, and contact info
Edit ExtensionsView and update extension information, including name, extension number, phone number, email, etc.
Ring OutPerform two-legged ring out phone calls
SMSSend and receive SMS/MMS messages
Team MessagingPost messages, as well as view, edit and delete Team Messaging related data
Internal MessagesSend, and edit intra-company text messages
Read Call LogView user call log records
Webhook SubscriptionsManage and subscribe to webhook notifications
