Calendar Integrations for BT Cloud Phone

The BT Cloud Phone app gives you access to two types of calendars, both of which are accessible from the ‘Calendar’ tab in your lower left navigation under ‘More’:

• Team Events: Every team you create in the BT Cloud Phone app automatically generates a ‘Team Events’ calendar – this is useful for project milestones, viewing task due dates, posting vacation days, and more.
• My Calendar: The BT Cloud Phone app lets you connect to your personal Office 365 or Google work calendar so that you can see your upcoming meetings, easily join a video or audio conferences, and schedule new meetings.

To see all your ‘Team Events’ in your work calendar:

Subscribe to your calendar feed by navigating to your lower left navigation > More > Integrations > Team Events and following the steps to add all ‘Team Events’ to either your Office 365 or Google Calendar.

To connect your Office 365 or Google Calendar to the BT Cloud Phone app:

Go to the ‘Calendar’ tab by navigating to your lower left navigation > More > Calendar . Click on ‘My Calendar ’ tab, and select which calendar you would like to connect to and follow the instructions. You can also do this from the BT Cloud Phone desktop app Preferences > Calendar > Calendar Connections.
