Bridge Operator Console provides essential functions for today's modern receptionist / operator. In addition to better user visibility, and call control, BOC provides automatic notifications to end users on parked calls, machine learning AI to automatically suggest call destinations, and a host of other functions to streamline productivity. Bridge Operator Console includes integrations with Microsoft365 and Microsoft Teams data. Operators can also monitor live queue status for total calls waiting, as well see individual callers in queue, and available queue agents.
