Installation

  1. In Re:amaze Admin, click on Settings, then click Apps on the left menu bar, then click RingCentral
  2. Click the 'Connect' button to integrate Re:amaze with Avaya Cloud Office.
  3. Set up Voice Channels: In Re:amaze Admin, go to Settings -> Voice Channels
