Audit Trail Notifications App
The Audit Trail Notifications App is a free tool that allows team members to be notified of account changes via SMS or in the Avaya Cloud Office app.
Supported notifications:
- User level account changes
- User level MFA changes
- Call forwarding changed (user or company)
- Company file sharing permission changes
- Guest access changes
- Company level MFA changes
Using the app
Upon authenticated registration the application user can choose to have the audit trail notification(s) sent as SMS messages to a designated mobile number and/or sent as a message to a group chat area within their Team Messenger platform.
