Installation

Enable this integration via the Avaya Cloud Office your account Admin panel:

1. Login to your Avaya Cloud Office Admin panel
2. Click "Integrations"
3. Select "Anti-scam Shield RC"
4. Click the "Get it now" button
5. Confirm Avaya Cloud Office account
6. Authorize access to allow Avaya Cloud Office and Anti-scam shield RC (reverd.com) to work together
7. Register / open an account with Reverd.com
8. Once logged in to your Reverd account click the “Services” tab
9. Create your API access token in order to enable the scam protection with just 2 clicks:
10. Accept the End User License Agreement
11. Click the button "Create my API token"
12. Select one of the two options for forwarding the reported scam numbers to Reverd
13. Report new scam directly to Reverd.com - (default)
14. Report new scam trough your company IT security department

Done. You're all set and ready to go.
