Gate6 CRMConnect™ for AgencyZoom leverages the App Connect by RingCentral to bring a powerful integration between RingCentral and AgencyZoom. This adapter allows users to perform essential RingCentral communication functions—such as making and receiving calls, sending messages, accessing call history, and AI-powered call transcription—directly from the AgencyZoom interface.

Installing and connecting the extension to your AgencyZoom
Once the extension is installed in your browser, authorize the extension to access your AgencyZoom account. To authorize the extension and complete the setup process follow these steps:
- Login to your AgencyZoom
- From within your AgencyZoom, find and click the orange "RingCentral Labs" icon that should appear in the lower right-hand side of your browser window/tab.
- In the horizontal menu, click the "more" menu, and select "Preferences."
- From the preferences pane, look for a link to Authorize your AgencyZoom.
- Click the link and follow all on-screen instructions.
