ActiveLens turns your team's conversations into finished work.

Your admin connects the account once. ActiveLens lists every extension, you invite the people you want, and from that moment their recorded calls are captured — desk phone, softphone or mobile, in the office or out of it — with nothing installed on a single device.

After each call your team gets a structured summary in the format you choose, tasks with owners and due dates, a drafted follow-up email, and proposed CRM field updates. Every one is a draft. Nothing is sent, booked or written without someone approving it.

Ask a question across every conversation your team has had and get an answer with a reference back to the call it came from. Upload your price lists and procedures and the answers come from those too.

ActiveLens also covers the conversations your phone system doesn't — video meetings, in-person meetings, and calls on any other line — so the record is complete rather than partial.
