Responsibilities:
We’re seeking experienced Technical Writer to develop online and printed documentation for the RingCentral Service.
- Write on-line help content
- Write knowledge base articles and FAQs
- Develop hard copy documentation
- Write white papers, applications notes and case studies.
- Assist in writing content for the corporate Web site

Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience developing online and printed documentation for mass-market high-tech products, software or online services.
- Candidate must submit work examples and complete a sample writing assignment
- Experience working in a rapidly growing company
- BA degree in communications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
