Responsibilities:
- Responsible for web development of the main corporate site using HTML, JavaScript, Ajax and PHP
- Responsible for giving guidance to junior level web developers
- Working with the offshore web development team
Required Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in website development and design, preferably with a well known Internet site
- Expert in CSS/HTML (hand coding)
- Expert in JavaScript
- Expert with AJAX
- Expert with XML
- Expert with PHP
- Knowledge of SOAP
- Knowledge of Linux
- Ability to produce high quality code within committed deadlines
- Experience with leading a group of developers
- Strong business analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in compiling professional software design documentation out of business requirements
- Strong team player
- Ability to work in challenging, fast pacing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Desired Qualifications:
- CMS Development experience
- Java programming experience
- Understanding of SEO/SEM principles as it relates to web development
- General understanding of Internet marketing principles
- Speaking Russian is a plus as we have an offshore development team in Ukraine
