The ideal candidate should possess a broad knowledge in mobile application development under various mobile platforms, specifically Blackberry, Android and iPhone OS. The candidate should have practical experience in designing software components, applications and systems, leading a group of developers, and be able to demonstrate achievements in the area of declared professional expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leaderships for the development of the mobile solutions on all mobile platforms
- Design software architecture, create technical documentation
- Coordinate the development with an offshore team
Required Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in telecommunications/mobile development and design
- Expert in Java (hand coding)
- Expert in C++
- Knowledge of SOAP
- Experience with programming for Linux platform
- Expert in OOD and Design patterns
- Expert in UML
- Strong knowledge of iPhone, Blackberry and Android platform
- Ability to produce high quality code within committed deadlines
- Experience with leading a group of developers
- Strong business analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in compiling professional software design documentation out of business requirements
- Strong team player
- Ability to work in challenging, fast pacing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Windows Mobile and Symbian programming
- Knowledge of SIP
- DB experience
