Lead Software Developer

This is a great opportunity to work at a rapidly growing company that provides Voice-over-IP (VoIP), Hosted PBX, Voicemail, and Fax solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a broad knowledge in mobile application development under various mobile platforms, specifically Blackberry, Android and iPhone OS. The candidate should have practical experience in designing software components, applications and systems, leading a group of developers, and be able to demonstrate achievements in the area of declared professional expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leaderships for the development of the mobile solutions on all mobile platforms
• Design software architecture, create technical documentation
• Coordinate the development with an offshore team

• 4-8 years of experience in telecommunications/mobile development and design
• Expert in Java (hand coding)
• Expert in C++
• Knowledge of SOAP
• Experience with programming for Linux platform
• Expert in OOD and Design patterns
• Expert in UML
• Strong knowledge of iPhone, Blackberry and Android platform
• Ability to produce high quality code within committed deadlines
• Experience with leading a group of developers
• Strong business analytical skills
• Demonstrated experience in compiling professional software design documentation out of business requirements
• Strong team player
• Ability to work in challenging, fast pacing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Knowledge of Windows Mobile and Symbian programming
• Knowledge of SIP
• DB experience
