RingCentral Sr. BPM Engineer
Location: San Mateo, CA;
Responsiblities:
- Lead process engineering activities
- Analyze, implement, and manage complex business processes that result in efficiency, quality and effectiveness for RingCentral operations.
- Lead IT development team in implementation and delivery of critical business processes
- Lead and manage multiple, cross-functional and/or cross-departmental process improvement projects and initiatives using a combination of model-driven methodology, service-oriented architecture and/or BPM technology
- Evaluate department processes, technology, structure, policies and procedures to ensure BPM best practices are in place
- Analyze current operating business processes, assess effectiveness, provide leadership/recommendations to optimize processes, recommend changes as needed, report findings to senior management
- Identify and define key measures, including process metrics, as well as performance targets for process adherence and improvements
Required Qualifications:
- M.S./B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 3/5 years experience as a BPM Engineer, Software Engineer, Software Developer or similar
- At least 2 years experience implementing large scale BPM projects using AgilePoint or Appian; XPDL; and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Demonstrated knowledge of at least 2 of the following BPM principles: DMAIC, 5-WHY, or value stream mapping
- Demonstrated knowledge of 2 of the following programming languages: C#, ASP.NET, XML, SQL Server
