Technical Support Representative

Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming calls and emails promptly and in accordance with established call/email -handling procedures.
• Provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client projects.
• Performs related work as required and works on special projects, as requested.
• Interacts with fellow team members to enhance project performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• At least 6 months experience as a Technical Support Representative or equivalent.
• With basic knowledge on VOIP, routers and modems.
• With strong customer service orientation.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
• 100 Full-Time positions available.

Compensation includes:

• Basic Salary of Php 20,000. With up to Php 3,000 adjustment after regularization.
• Allowances.

• Eligibility for promotion within 6 months.
