Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management - Achievement of KPI for Network and Service Quality: MTTR/Incident Resolution TAT
  • Knowledge Management - Achievement of KPI on Operations Efficiency: Incident Closed within NOC
  • Problem Escalation - Achievement of KPI for Network and Service Quality: MTBF/Incident Recurrence Prevention
  • Service Measurement - Reports on Network Service Performance and Quality

Requirements:

  • Intermediate skills in the following:
  • Network/Service Operations
  • Alarm Structure and Correlation
  • ITIL - Service Operations
  • Network/Service Quality Metrics
