HR Research Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and maintain reports on historical hiring and retention, recruiting efficiency metrics and attendance reporting
  • Conduct compensation and benefits related surveys for each position with competitive analysis
  • Act as a Single-Point-Of-Contact of all HR related invoices from Acquire including review and sign off
  • Prepares confidential HR management reports
  • Functions as HR Representative handling job description database
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for moderate to complex special projects - e.g. Headcount Report
  • Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary
  • Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales
  • Provide advice on the resolution of classification and salary complaints
  • Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and
    evaluation and compensation analysis information
  • Assess need for and develop job analysis instruments and materials
  • Observe, interview, and survey employees and conduct focus group meetings to collect job, organizational,
    and occupational information
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years experience in HR-related research project management, reporting and data analysis
  • Should have work experience focus in any 2 of the following functional areas: Performance Management, Recruitment,
    Employee Relations, Resource Management, HR Development, Compensation and Benefits Administrations and
    Operations Research
  • Must possess solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
    Knowledge of any management related software a plus
  • Excellent in English communication, both orally and in writing
