Client Verification Specialist

Responsibilities:

To form part of the Company’s Finance Team. To protect the company from fraudulent credit card transactions as well as manage customer’s compliance to the Fair Usage Policy. Also responsible for providing front end customer contact for order release, account management, collection and account reconciliation.

• First point of contact in releasing or suspending accounts paid via credit card.
• First point of contact to queries relating to the account's payment / billing information.
• Accurate and on-time review of documents submitted by customers, against the Company's set payment / billing guidelines.
• Communicate and resolve identified issues to customers within the set deadline.
• Ensure fast turn around on issues-resolution with regular monitoring of open (unresolved) issues and timely follow ups.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): at least 1 year related experience [preferably gained with COLLECTIONS or FRAUD PREVENTION/RECOVERY].
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work with confidential information and to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to consistently provide quality work without close supervision and to make sound decision compatible with prior instructions.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of people without creating ill will.
• Ability to promote and sustain a high level of cooperation within the work group, as well as with other departments.
• Ability to plan and organize work schedules and prioritize work loads.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
