RingCentral Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
Redwood City, Calif. (December 8, 2008) – RingCentral, a cloud computing-based hosted business phone service, announced today that Craig Klosterman has joined the executive leadership team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Klosterman has a depth of experience in leading companies through the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process. He led WebEx through a very successful IPO ultimately resulting in a $3.2 billion sale to Cisco. Previously Klosterman also led IPOs as CFO at Informatica and as COO and CFO at Lumisys.

Klosterman comes to RingCentral with many years of experience in key financial roles.
