Entrepreneur Kim Oberlin gets the best deal. Period.
Entrepreneur Kim Oberlin has led the development of 40 North American franchise operations in over 20 industries. An accomplished marketer and an award-winning writer, he has served on the board of directors of several corporations and not-for-profit organizations.
Kim’s latest venture, Fusion Brands Corp., develops fusion food products and restaurant concepts, including MexiChin Blendz seasonings, a combination of Latin and Asian cuisines. “Our concepts,” he says, “are at the forefront of the soaring popularity of Latin and Asian flavors, and we have plans for other exciting fusions that embrace the expanding interest in international cuisines.”
“When I launched the company, RingCentral was my first move,” Kim says. “Our team is spread out from coast to coast, so I needed to create a virtual office and make it extremely efficient. Kim’s team makes full use of RingCentral’s internet fax features. “We’ve got a couple of suppliers that are still somewhat in the dark ages and only use fax,” he explains. “They don’t use email, but with RingCentral and a wireless-equipped laptop, we can easily send and receive documents while in the field. That not only saves time, it makes us money.”
