IT solutions provider finds their own communication solution with RingCentral.
Aerobyte is an IT solutions provider headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They help companies with consolidation projects, business continuity, and asset recovery.
With remote offices throughout the country and more expected in the future, they needed a phone system that would work in multiple locations and be able to grow with them. Staying in touch with clients—both current and prospective—is critical to their business.
After evaluating several companies, executive Howard Hellman chose RingCentral Office for its ease of use and value. He said, “The reason why I chose RingCentral is because of price, and it was easy to get a trial and set it up. RingCentral has an easy sales process, easy ordering. It was just real simple.”
As a small but growing business, Aerobyte needs to be able to add new employees and locations quickly and easily. With RingCentral, they can add users and phones as they need them without having to get a technician to come out and install additional lines or hardware, which can be expensive.
Hellman explains, “Basically any time we need to add a new employee or consultant, it’s easy for us to deploy new employees on the system whether they’re local or remote in a very efficient, cost-effective manner. RingCentral is a plug and play solution.”
When it came to features, Aerobyte was looking for basic PBX functionality in their phone system. With RingCentral, they were able to get all the features they needed, including call forwarding, call transfer, and extensions.
Hellman said, “RingCentral was more cost-effective than going with individual lines. You get all the full benefits of a PBX system at your disposal with pretty easy savings. It’s easy to calculate the savings. And you can add phones when you need them.”
As a distributed and growing business, Aerobyte was looking for a cost-effective phone system that would grow with them. They’ve found RingCentral to be a great product with fantastic service.
