You can now record your calls. Press *9 during a call to start recording. Your caller will hear a short disclaimer after which the recording will start. Press *9 to stop recording

- You can now record inbound and outbound calls right to your PC for future reference.

- You can now conference with multiple callers, add and drop callers with the click of a mouse.

- You can now access voicemail and fax messages directly from your Softphone on your Mac. Whenever someone leaves you a voicemail or sends a fax, a copy will immediately be delivered to your Softphone where you can play or view the message immediately.

- You can now respond to an incoming call with a text. When a call comes in, simply type in a text instead of responding. The caller will hear your text spoken to them. For example you could type in "I'll call you back in 10 minutes" without picking up the call.

- You can now reject an incoming call without sending it to voicemail.
