Foodzar Success Story - Voicemail Feature

Foodzar is a gourmet food website with a twist. Involved with it is a fundraising company called FundraisingDirect.org, which lets schools, churches and other organizations raise money by having supporters order the tempting food on the Foodzar website instead of the typical baked goods sale.

To keep these orders straight, customers going through Foodzar and customers ordering through FundraisingDirect.org are sent to different voicemails at night and during other times when someone isn't available to answer. Being able to have customers automatically directed to the correct inbox is important for Foodzar to respond quickly and stay organized.
