Appraiser General helps real estate appraisers optimize their websites in order to bring in more business. While Appraiser General's web work may be succeeding at driving visitors to call their clients, the client may not know which calls can be traced back to these efforts. In order to track these leads, Appraiser General turned to RingCentral, a virtual phone system, and specifically to their toll free number option.
Appraiser General employees assign each major client a toll free number and put it on the web pages that they set up for generating leads. They manage between 50 and 60 of these numbers at a time. When they create a page, they add the toll free number and have this forwarded to the client's regular phone line.
Calls come into the company as normal, but when anyone looks into the call logs, it is apparent exactly when calls are generated by a page created by Appraiser General, thereby giving them credit for the lead.
