To change settings, Jon simply logs onto his RingCentral Mobile account. If he finds himself at a hotel or other location for a set time, he can turn on a setting called FollowMe, which overwrites his call forwarding preferences and sends all calls to one number, such as the direct number to his hotel room.
When he checks out of the hotel, he can turn off the FollowMe setting and calls will return to being forwarded according to the previous specifications.
