Max Spavron Success Story - Call Forwarding Feature
Entrepreneur Max Spavron has a number of Internet companies and needs a way to manage the phone systems for all of them. To do this, he uses RingCentral.
For his Internet design company and mortgage company, Spavron has set up the call forwarding feature FindMe, which attempts to reach him at various numbers before sending callers to voicemail. That way, the customer has a better chance of reaching him. If he is unavailable at all the numbers and the caller leaves a voicemail, Spavron can respond as soon as he checks the message.
Max Spavron also greatly enjoys the FollowMe feature, which lets him quickly bypass his usual FindMe series of forwarding to send calls directly to one number where he can be reached. This is a temporary setting, which is very convenient for when Spavron finds himself at a hotel or other location at which his cell phone is not working.
