VoIP - SoftPhone
The SoftPhone is a feature that is unique to the array of offerings provided by RingCentral. It is software that allows you to answer and make calls from your computer. When used with your DigitalLine, the SoftPhone presents several capabilities other VoIP lines do not offer.
These include:
- Seamless integration with your other landline or DigitalLine extensions through the RingCentral virtual PBX system.
- Connect as many parties as needed for conference calls using just one DigitalLine extension
- Choose your caller ID number. You can choose from any of your RingCentral extensions and even your home and mobile numbers to be displayed on your recipient's caller ID.
- Record phone calls with colleagues, clients and even your family. These conversations are stored in your online account and can be emailed to your friends, family and colleagues.
