Voice mail - Message Alerts
Missing an important call can result in a lost business opportunity. However, work often involves being away from our desks even when we are expecting those vital calls to come through.
With the message alerts provided by RingCentral, you don't have to ever feel anxious about an opportunity passing you by because of a missed phone call. Our settings allow you to set up messages to go to your cell phone, smartphone and/or email, every time you miss a call.
The alerts are also detailed and will let you know if the caller left a voice mail or marked the call as urgent. If the caller does not leave a return number, don't worry! You have the convenience of the RingCentral Call Logs to access a detailed list of all incoming and outgoing phone numbers.
