- Set up your system to send notifications through email, text message, and Softphone.
- For email notifications, add as many email addresses as you like, separated by semicolons.
- For mobile phones, click Add Mobile Phones, and provide the number and carrier of the mobile phone that will receive the notifications.
- You can access all your calls—including missed calls—from the call logs on your RingCentral account.
