Powerful notification options for better reports and service

  • Set up your system to send notifications through email, text message, and Softphone.
  • For email notifications, add as many email addresses as you like, separated by semicolons.
  • For mobile phones, click Add Mobile Phones, and provide the number and carrier of the mobile phone that will receive the notifications.
  • You can access all your calls—including missed calls—from the call logs on your RingCentral account.
  • Use call notifications to know when a call has gone unanswered and enhance your response times.
