Why RingCentral Mobile is superior to PBX hardware

Communication is one of the most important factors that would propel a business to success. Through time, technology has changed and directed the course of how information is exchanged. From letters to emails, telecommunications to Internet, these advancements have brought people closer to each other by creating easier access.

Of course, for businesses, communication does not simply start and end with having a phone line and an Internet access. A lot of companies invest in infrastructures that would permit them to have reliable and powerful communication systems. For years, companies have relied on Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems for their communications.

However, a PBX hardware system is inaccessible to small businesses, because of factors such as cost, complexity and maintenance. Because of these limitations, small businesses often result to simple phone lines and try to make things work with different phone numbers and scattered communication lines. But small businesses need excellent communication systems as much as large corporations do.

The solution comes from RingCentral, as it provides hosted PBX systems for small businesses. This means that there is no need to purchase hardware for the system. Through RingCentral Mobile, small businesses can have a complete business phone system without the need to purchase and maintain expensive hardware.

RingCentral Mobile works by fusing telecommunications with the Internet. Subscribers are given a main local or toll free number which can be connected and associated with their existing phone lines. This number is also equipped with Internet fax, letting users send and receive faxes both through traditional fax machines as well as through the Internet. It also features a simple and easy-to-use online control center which lets users manage and monitor all their call and fax activities.

Equipped with all the features and functions of advanced PBX systems, RingCentral exceeds PBX hardware by giving a more affordable, more organized and more advanced business phone system.
