Benjamin and his associates used their cell phones as their main business lines before researching other options. Each had their cell phone numbers listed on their business cards.

"

As Benjamin further explains, "Say one of the other programmers is working with a client but I’m the only one who’s accessible by cell phone. It forwards the calls to all of us and if one of us doesn’t answer, it automatically goes to someone else."

" The email notifications and text-to-audio messages are really convenient as well," Reece said. "One cool thing we did was record our own audio greetings—we have a recording studio—and then uploaded them to our Web account. "
