Emergency Service Fee: This is a monthly recurring service fee that RingCentral charges for providing emergency calling services (e.g., 911 and E911) to its VoIP customers who make and receive calls to and from the PSTN. Customers are charged the Emergency Service Fee at the same rate for all applicable lines. This is not a government-mandated charge.
