The RingCentral Call Controller is an interactive program which enables users to facilitate all incoming calls, messages and faxes. It has links to enable users to have easy access to call logs, voicemails, faxes and other important information about their RingCentral account. Whenever a call comes in, the Call Controller alerts the user by displaying a pop-up window. The auto-attendant answers the call, but you are immediately informed of the caller and their information. You may then choose to answer or reject the call, or send it straight to voicemail and call them when you are already available. You may also ask the auto-attendant to have the caller speak their name and purpose of calling, to better aid you in deciding whether or not it is an important call. Moreover, the auto-attendant may also read a text-to-speech message that you type in the Call Controller to provide sufficient information to callers. Other call options you may do through the Call Controller include call conference, call transfer and placing the call on hold. This is highly beneficial especially during busy ties when the call volume is high.

RingCentral Call Controller™ is interactive and has more than ten screens that provide quick and easy access to call information and on-call actions. It has Quick Links to full records of messages, recent calls, contacts, faxes and your RingCentral Mobile account.

When a call comes in, callers will hear a greeting and be asked to state their name if you so choose. At the same time, Call Controller opens on your computer screen and identifies the incoming call by caller ID, name, telephone number or the caller’s recorded name per your account configuration.

You can then choose to manage the call in your own way. You can answer, reject, or send the call to voicemail, or send a text message that will be instantly translated to speech and read to the caller by the auto-attendant.

Too busy to answer any calls and don’t want to be disturbed? One click sends all calls immediately to voicemail. Once on the call, you can record it, conference in other calls, put it on hold, transfer it to any number.

When you’re not on a call, you have immediate access to your Call Logs, a complete record of all calls, whether they were connected or not, whether they left a message or not. You can click into your online account to manage extensions, change screening and routing options, and your contacts. You can one-click to dial out or to send faxes.
