The RingCentral Call Controller is an interactive program which enables users to facilitate all incoming calls, messages and faxes. It has links to enable users to have easy access to call logs, voicemails, faxes and other important information about their RingCentral account. Whenever a call comes in, the Call Controller alerts the user by displaying a pop-up window. The auto-attendant answers the call, but you are immediately informed of the caller and their information. You may then choose to answer or reject the call, or send it straight to voicemail and call them when you are already available. You may also ask the auto-attendant to have the caller speak their name and purpose of calling, to better aid you in deciding whether or not it is an important call. Moreover, the auto-attendant may also read a text-to-speech message that you type in the Call Controller to provide sufficient information to callers. Other call options you may do through the Call Controller include call conference, call transfer and placing the call on hold. This is highly beneficial especially during busy ties when the call volume is high.
