This is the perfect companion to mobile professionals who take their businesses outside the office. All existing RIngCentral Mobile customers may download the iPhone app for free through iTunes. Simply enter your RingCentral number and password to get your RingCentral Mobile app. Once you have the app in your iPhone, you may start using your RingCentral business phone system. You can make calls using your RingCentral caller ID so that you would not have to use your personal number for business calls. You may also receive calls on your iPhone through call forwarding. Simply set up your call forwarding settings and include your personal iPhone number as one of the forwarding numbers. Callers would not know that you are talking to them through your iPhone, since the transfer happens internally and the callers are not informed. You may also use your iPhone to access your voicemails and faxes through a separate list from your personal messages. This enables you to have a more organized business communications. Aside from viewing faxes and listening to voicemail, you may also forward these files to different email addresses.
