RingCentral

The RingCentral Outlook integration provides users with a convenient and systematic way of managing their communications. By accessing faxes and contacts through Outlook, users are given a more streamlined communication system, one which enables them to access documents, numbers and messages through their existing email address. This is highly helpful for businesses and offices which have been using Microsoft Outlook for their communications. With Outlook integration, RingCentral Mobile subscribers can dial out directly from their computer, by clicking on any Outlook contact and filling in necessary information when the RingOut window appears. This cuts the time it takes to call a business contact, and it also assures that you would be able to dial the correct number. Moreover, you can send and receive faxes through your Microsoft Outlook account, as well as through other Microsoft applications. You may also access your voicemails through your Outlook account, enabling you to have access to all your messages so long as you have an Internet connection. Faxes can be downloaded as PDF files, or even in their original format, much like how email attachments are handled through email. Voicemail messages, on the other hand, arrive as digital audio files which you can play using most commonly used media players.
