RingCentral Mobile includes music on hold feature, enabling users to play music to callers who are waiting on the line. When callers dial your main RingCentral number, music will be played when they need to be placed on hold until their call is answered by the corresponding extension owner. This helps keep the attention of the callers, lessening chances of having dropped calls. Moreover, hearing music assures customers that they are still connected to your number. You may also use music on hold to project a more professional image to your customers. Since your main RingCentral number is connected to several virtual extensions, callers would get the impression that you are in a single large office, when in fact you have telecommuting employees. You may select the music to play to callers through the RingCentral Call Controller. Simply log in with your RingCentral Mobile number and password, and configure your music on hold settings. You may choose to play music alternately with messages on hold. Each extension owner has their own music on hold settings, enabling users to a more personalized and focused communications service.
