The RingCentral DigitalLine VoIP service upgrades a phone system to an intelligent VoIP-based phone service which integrates the power of the Internet with the telecommunication features of RingCentral. Users can facilitate phone conversations straight from the Internet, enabling users to achieve a reliable phone system at a fraction of the cost of expensive hardware-based PBX systems. RingCentral VoIP works with high-speed Internet and connects teams in different locations, making a company seem large and the employees all in the same office.RingCentral subscribers may use any device compatible with the VoIP service of RingCentral. The Call Controller program works as a VoIP phone. To use analog phones, an Analog Telephone Adapter may be used to convert it to a VoIP-enabled phone unit. You can use your VoIP phone service much like how you use your standard phone, such as calling 911. When you subscribe to the RingCentral VoIP services, you have to familiarize yourself with the differences between a standard phone and a digital line. Subscribers who have already acquired their own VoIP phone number from another service provider may transfer their number to RingCentral. Upon signup, customers receive their new IP phone units and ATA adapters in two to three business days. These would just have to be plugged into the computer and they are ready to be used.
